Free Gift From Mafia Wars: Size Does Matter

Zynga is giving us another free loot item in the same manner they did for the Party Animal and the Bearded Dragon.  If you go to Zynga Customer Support, you will find an article called How to get your “Size does Matter”.  Zynga makes it seem so easy and to some players it probably is. For many it's impossible because the request is not there. Keep reading to find out how to get your Size Does Matter even if you don't get the request.


To get your Size does Matter, follow the steps below.



1. Go to your Facebook Apps and Games Page. Click on "Apps and Games" located to the far left of your Home Page or click here.

2. Scroll until you get to the Mafia Wars requests and click on the "See requests from..." link to expand.

3.  Scroll through your requests until you see one from the Mafia Wars Application.

The request will say "Free! We’re giving you a Size Does Matter cause it doesn’t get bigger than this! Play Mafia Wars and race to Italy before it’s locked down!

If you are having trouble locating the request, click the Control and F key at the same time and wait for a search bar to appear on your page. Type in Size or any part of the request and it will be highlighted on the page.

Facebook will only up to 200 requests at a time. As you get new requests, old ones get bumped and stored in a queue. If you don't see the request on your page, you need to ignore the existing ones by clicking on the "Ignore all requests for this app" link and search the next page. If a few days have gone by, you may need to do this many times over in order to find the request.

4. Once you find the request, click on the "Accept" button and you will be directed to Mafia Wars. The following popup will appear. It’s kind of funny they are hoping to get old players back by promoting the closure of a major destination. Shutting things down makes it appear as if the game will be shut down too so why would anyone who kicked their Mafia Wars habit want to come back?

If and when you find your Size Does Matter, verify that it’s in your inventory.

It seems there are more players than last two items given in this manner did not get the request. I never received one and was quite irritated. We shouldn’t have to play hide and seek with this thing and I’m sure Customer Support has better things to spend their time on. If you are the one of many who did not get a Size Does Matter request, you will need to contact Customer Support to get one. If you want to use the Live Chat feature, go here to see if they are available. If they are, the Live Chat icon will appear in the upper right corner of the page.

It looks like Zynga was prepared for a landslide of inquiries. One of the listed reasons for contacting them is “Size does Matter”.

They will point you to the article I referenced above but that is of no use if you don’t get the request, can’t find it or accidentally removed it.

Just click on the “Continue and contact us” button and fill out your ticket.

You will need to wait 12 hours for a response. Hopefully it will be a easy issue to resolve and they won’t reply asking you for a video.  They seem prepared for it.
