For quite sometime now, many players found that the mastery items they earned for completing the pay to play Secret Districts mysteriously vanished from their inventories. I posted about this bug here. Big Delicious stated on the forums that Customer Support was told about this bug and they to “assist” players with this problem (1). Many still got the run around and players continued to lose their Ballistic Blisses and . Today players affected by this bug were happy to get a in game notice that the items were returned and they were given one additional item!
The Ballistic Bliss is from Smuggler’s Haven and the Gold Dust Armor from El Dorado.

I did not get the pop up. However, I just checked my inventory and my 5 Ballistic Bliss' have indeed been returned to me with an extra. Yay!
ReplyDeleteI'm still shocked that Zynga is NOT letting you pay 35rp over and over to repeat the districts, instead you have to wait nearly 2 weeks for the timer to end and then pay 35 rp to unlock the other.
ReplyDeleteI bought RPs with the aim of blasting El Doradro like I did Smugglers but they removed the option.
Yeah they are not taking RP, wonder if one of them bumped their head in the toilet while licking the bowl clean for the boss, its not like them to miss a beat.

I think that it would be unfair if you could just re buy the district the whole. Players who don't have that kind of energy won't benefit. The 2 week waiting period is a good thing and should remain. Other wise the strong and rich just get stronger and weak players will never be competitive. Just my opinion. Dioxin-
ReplyDeleteDue to a system issue, some of your rewards were inadvertently removed. We have restored them and credited you 1 Ballistic Bliss more for the inconvenience caused. got it had 1 bliss earned two now have 3 took zygna awhile but guess they got it done

ReplyDeleteSo I accidentally click on the re-start of El Dorado for 35 skill points. Now I know I could have contacted Zynga to get it reversed, but a though came across my mind. I had finished it to Ruby earlier, but only collected on the first level of the loot (+5 attack points) Since the Bookie district was done, I thought it may be a decent investment, I could get +5 attack and +5 skill points for getting the loot plust an additional 36 skill points for completing each job ( 9jobs x 4 levels) - not that bad an investment, better than buying skill points, plus it would keep me busy. As I have progressed, I have noticed that I am getting to keep the overall reward (Gold Dust Armor) so I now have one for the previous Ruby level completion in addition to the one I just received for Gold level the 2nd time around. Decent def item to have ( 68/155 Gold and 76/175 Ruby).
Now for the question, if I complete the Ruby level the 2nd time, will I have 2 ruby level rewards or will the 2nd Gold level reward that becomes a Ruby level reward simply disappear?
