For the second week in a row, the Official Mafia Wars Blog has failed to post a "This & Next Week". I'm not sure if they aren't going to do this anymore or if they took a break because of the holidays. I made one last week and it can be found here. Everything happened as well as a few additional surprises like the Holiday Treasure Hunt Event and the Collection Cards. Go here for a look at all the events and features that will be expiring this week. Based on what little is known, here is a prediction of some events we might see this week.
Coming This Week*

Ice Season 13 will expire tomorrow and Ice Season 14 should start immediately or soon after. The loot item should be the White Lion and we should get 14 days to get 1,500 ices. Go here for a look at server images of the loot items for Ice Seasons 15 and 16.
Loot items for 2 new Secret Districts have been added to the inventory. The Lexington Hotel will expire on Wednesday so we will probably see one of the two Secret Districts soon after.

New Years Marketplace Promotion.
4 special loot items were added to the inventory and will only be available for purchase during the New Years Marketplace Promotion. If you get 15 ticks for qualifying purchases, you will score a Mortal Chromebat .22.
New Family Boss
For quite some time now the loot items for the next Family Boss, The Ice Queen have been in the inventory. This week seems like a good time for her to be activated.
New Years Event(s)
Details on any New Year's Events are sketchy. The Party Animal was added to the inventory last week. I've heard that there will be more than one event for New Years but there is no evidence of that at this time.
There are no loot items or server images indicating that there will be another Limited Time Property. It is suspicious that the timer for the Toy Store was only for 8 days. I'm hoping they will give this feature a rest but they have some room on the Constructed Property Page.

Our family slays them every day and yet no-one has received this loot drop yet....
When i talk to other MW friends, just the same....
Do they drop???? What do u do for that???? (My record is a score of 150K in the boss fight)

in the 1200 some bosses that we have defeated a top loot item has dropped once. Other than that one item I have only seen 1 other person with the item in there item list during fighting.
