The seventh and hopefully final New York Limited Time Upgrade Constructed Property is here. We knew it was going to be the Botanical Gardens because some players were able to get to it from the back code
(1). We have 2 weeks to upgrade this property to Level 10.
Some falsely assumed that this property would not be released due to the fact that there wasn't anymore room on the New York Property Page. I don't think Zynga would pick a professional looking game design over a spamming opportunity. You can see there are spots for 10 constructed properties, but an eleventh slot was added. It hangs past the border and just looks sloppy and after the fact.
I've gone over how to upgrade these properties 6 times now so not many details should be needed. As for any part from the Home Page and specific parts from the "View Parts" page. We need Treated Lumber, Reciprocating Saws and Plaster to get this one finished. You can only ask for one specific part at a time. If you try to ask for all 3 at once, 2 of them won't work.
In addition to the Home Page "Ask" button, you can use the Mission Crew Link bookmarklet by Team Spockholm. There is an 8 hour timer for using the Home Page, but the Mission Crew Link has no timer and can be used at anytime.
When you have enough parts, upgrade as soon as possible so your requests will still be active.
Here are the number of each part you will need for each level. This chart will be updated as I go. If you are way ahead of me, please comment with the numbers needed. You can see a pattern so it shouldn't be too hard to figure out. I would add the numbers in but Zynga doesn't always follow their own patterns.

The items you can craft from your Botanical Garden are shown below. The Man Eating Plant offers +3 Stamina and the Botanist offers +4 Defense. I will be crafting this item because the Botanist is also a good loot item (for now). The Ruby Level Botanist is +1 better than the Follow Survivor from our Fight Loot.

This property was active only for a couple of hours after it was released prematurely. Many players started building the property during the brief time that it was live in the game, but don't worry because when the property is released in early December all of your progress will be saved!

We accidentally released it early. It will be returning at the beginning of December with any progress you may have made and 14 full days to request additional upgrade parts. (Learn more here.) There is no need to submit a ticket for the missing Botanical Garden because it was removed intentionally, and Customer Support will not be able to make any adjustments or credits to your account for this issue.

i don't get an 11th building in NY at all - no sign of my lovely new garden!? - hopefully this will sort itself out before i upgrade to level 10 and start building!
