We know there is another NY Property in waiting. The images are on the Zynga servers and the items are in our inventory. Most, including me, assumed it was going to be the next property but today we got hit with the Cemetery instead.

While updating the Property Manager, Eike of Team Spockholm made a cool discovery. The "mystery" property shown above can be accessed and now we know a lot more about it.

It's called a Botanical Garden.

The parts needed to upgrade it will be Treated Lumber, Reciprocating Saws and Plaster.

The loot items are already in our inventory and were posted here. The skill points are going to be +3 stamina for the Man Eating Plant and +4 Defense for the Botanist.

For the record, the Property Manager has been updated to include the Cemetery.
