Earlier today, I posted about a problem with the Facebook Request Page (1). Customer Support was getting hit with many inquiries so they created the Gift Request Issues 06/03/11-06/04/11. Here is a reprint, check back using the link for updates.

Hello Players, We have received reports from players that when accepting gifts through the Facebook Request page that the gift is still being shown on the request list. We are aware of this issue and are currently working towards resolving the matter. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion that this may have caused, and in the interim we recommend using the Zynga Message Center to keep track of your gifting requests. Well, that would be great IF all your requests went to the Zynga Message Center but they don't, some to the Facebook Game Requests Only

ReplyDeleteApproximately 35% of mine never make it into Zynga Message Center - but now I'm also maxed out on gifts even though I've already done the block/unblock bit.
