There is good news to report concerning 2X Mastery Boosts. On the day Brazil was launched, you could use 2X Mastery Boosts in conjunction with your Brazil Strategist Bonus to gain 3X job mastery (1) . The very next day 2X Mastery Boosts stopped working in Brazil all together (1). Thanks to a topic started by Wayne on the Mafia Wars Loot Lady Fan Page, I learned that 2X Mastery Boosts are now working in Brazil. I tested it out on an account that hasn't mastered Brazil and here are the results.

Regular Mastery Payout: 12%

2X Master Boost: 12%

If you have already mastered Brazil, you may not care about this but you should. Most likely three more Districts of Brazil will be released and if you start collecting Mastery Boosts today, it will be a lot easier for you. You can collect up to five 2X Mastery Boosts a day. Use a Facebook refined search to find them. To learn how to d this and make your own 2X Mastery Boost links for your mafia, go here.
You an also find 2X Mastery Boost links on the Get-a-Nator but if I don't extend my search enough hours, I usually don't find five of them.
While I'm on the subject of boosts, the Money Sock issue that I posted about 3 months ago still hasn't been corrected (1). If you have Money Socks and you do any of the jobs that require currency, your Money Sock will be taken out of your inventory and you will still be charged the same amount of cash to do the job.
If you do a stamina job, your Money Socks won't even be used. To prevent Energy Boosts from being utilized in stamina jobs, they also turned off the ability for Money Socks to be used.

2X Mastery Boosts do work in Stamina jobs.
Since Rackets were removed from the game in April of last year (1) and Energy Boosts became non-giftable (1), the only ways to get boosts is through Free Gifts via Mystery Bags, collecting them from your properties or trading for the ones that are giftable. It really sucks that Zynga decides when our boosts will be used. Most of they time they are used when we don't need them and we have no control. I especially hate that my best attack boosts are used when I rob. I'd rather save them for when I want to fight.
Zynga lets us activate our Brazil Crew Bonuses when it's best for us to utilize them, why can't they do this for boosts?

And we are still waiting for the fix of using wheelman bonus on a stamina job ;-(

Daily max is 5 from collecting from links , ZMC or request page AND 10 from people who collect from your links = 15 . You can only have 5 in the bank at a time
