2X Mastery Boost In Brazil

The 2X Mastery Boosts don't seem to drop in Brazil. I've yet to see one but find they drop quite frequently in other destinations. Here is one from my energy account that I sent to main.

I accepted the 2X Mastery boost and you can see it's now in my inventory.

I selected a job that I had 0% mastery on and checked the Mafia Wars Wiki Belem Page to see that this job gives 10% mastery.

I did the job and was given 20% mastery and my boost was gone.

I also tested this out while my Strategist was active. The Strategist gives 2X mastery for the next 20 jobs when active. The job I did also gave 10% mastery. The job I did was at 60% mastery. When the 2X Mastery Boost was used coupled with the Strategist Bonus, I got 30% mastery in 1 click and went all the way to 90% mastery. Of course the game doesn't tell you the boost was used but I checked my inventory and it was.
