Village Unreleased Property

It's been stated by many sources that a new property will be added to our Villages when Regions 6-8 of Italy are released.  Zynga even posted an image of it in the Community News section.
Many players are receiving the loot item called a DJ when they open up Mystery Shipments (1).
Mr. Simy0 managed to find images of all levels of this property which is going to be called a Nightclub.  He was nice enough to share them with us.

Mr. Simy0 thinks the Level 10 Nightclub looks like something from the future and not what one would find in a quaint Italian Village (1).  I think it looks like a Strip Club in Las Vegas.
How cool would it be if strippers were the unique property Building Part instead of DJ's?

    OMG the picture of the stripper scared me!!! 1 month ago I made a bet with a friend. The empty space between the vault and the slots in Las Vegas properties looked fishy to him and we started betting on an eventual new Las Vegas property. He bet for a Strip Club and chucked me 10 of each properties items saying he would loose the bet anyway. When I saw your picture I was afraid I had to give them back!!!! (I achieved my fountain yesterday :P)
    Anyway I am really desappointed by this new italian property. The design is awful and doesn't fit the village. A church with corrupted priests would have been more genuine.

    LOL!! Hilarious. You're right about the futuristic building in a quaint village. In the Stage 5 photo the dirt path leading up to the shiny, metropolistic structure brings back memories of The Beverly Hillbillies or Green Acres. LOL!

    having been in gaeta, italy while in the navy, there was a disco on a large cliff ledge. though in was outdoors; a few raised dance floors with the speakers and lights hanging from the trees. with a bar along the cliff face it offered a rather spectacular view of the mediterranean sea, especially after a few beers and some ouzo :)

    that is funny about the stippers lol!

    with that in mind how are the cars in the auto shop supposed to get up out of that pit down thereand what of the salt air that close to the ocean?
