The Mafia Wars Fan Page announces 2X loot drops when fighting. The event starts NOW and lasts for a limited time. There is no word on how long it will last. If I had to guess, I would say through the weekend. I'll be monitoring the drop rates to determine if they change or stay the same. I recall a time we were promised double the loot drops and we got them. Problem was the rate at which 2X the loot dropped was decreased by about 50%. For more on that, read my article The Big Sham.

it Seems weapon parts,armour parts and building parts are not dropping 2x
but fhel2 droping x2 :P

ReplyDeleteMy loot rate % has doubled, to 16.2%, but Weapon Parts, Armor Parts, and Chop Shop Parts are all dropping at the normal rate, of only 1 per find.
