For those who have finished the Los Angeles Urban Assault Missions, you will find that the icon (and access) has been removed. This could mean that another round of these Missions is coming soon. It seems about time for more districts to open up in Los Angeles as well. If you are still working on the Missions than the icon is still there (and it still says 'New').
Crap! thanks zynga. I had a few I hadnt collected yet because I was saving them or something... they could have given 24 hour notice or something.
