The release of the Graffiti Crates will bring the 21st Crate Carnival. We haven’t had one of these since January [1]. This should have happened with the B-Ball Crates as the loot item was added on March 10th [1]. Due to the delay, Zynga has changed the stats of the mastery item and it now has +4 more attack points than what it did when it was initially released. Mafia Wars players won't need one of these to get a Hand-Ache, all they have to do is play the game!
