The Toros Anfiteatro

Share:

The 5th and hopefully final property of the Mexican Domain is the Toros Anfiteatro. This property unlocks once you master the 3rd job in District 10 and it offers loot item with no skill points but you need to spend Pesos to purchase them. This property requires more parts to upgrade than the other 4 and is a huge disappointment. By the time you upgrade it the loot will be useless so basically it’s another useless property. In case you don't understand Spanish, this property is a Bullring. You would think that of 10 items one of them would be a Bull! The details on upgrading and collecting from the Toros Anfiteatro are shown below.

ta1The Toros Anfiteatro starts at Level 0 and once you build it to Level 1 you unlock the ability to purchase a loot item using Pesos. Each new level unlocks a new loot item. The stats and cost of the loot offered increase with every level. ta12ta13ta14
The Toros Anfiteatro has 10 levels of mastery (1-10) and 6 stages of development (0-1). Stages 1-5 each represent 2 levels of mastery and 1 star. Stage 0 is before the property is built.

There aren’t many options to get parts. You can ask your mafia for up to 5 every 18 hours. If you property is eligible for an upgrade or fully upgraded there is no option in the game to ask but the Link-a-Nator will bypass this and you can continue to ask for parts [1]. The Mexico property part queue is shared by all properties so if you ask for parts from one property you can use them to upgrade another.

Adobe Bricks, Mexican Kingwood and Mosaic Tiles can be acquired from the Daily Take. Adobe Bricks and on rare occasion Iron Frames can be acquired from the Mexico Boss Fights.

Once you build to Level 1, a total of 405 parts are required to get to Level 10.  You can ask for 5 parts every 18 hours.

For all the begging required you should be able to get the items with the click of a button but Zynga also requires that you use Pesos to get them. The cost of each item is shown below.

Here is a closer look at the 10 items available for purchase.

Assuming you have the Pesos you can purchase 1 unlocked  item every 23 hours from the home page or the Mexico Property page.

Now here is the really stupid part. It’s bad enough that you had to beg your way to Level 10 and Zynga wants Pesos for this 1 ‘exclusive’ loot item that doesn’t have any skill points. If you are so inclined to purchase more items in a 23 hour time frame than you need to spend 16 reward points to speed up the timer! Without skill points I doubt they will get any takes unless there are some suckers still playing the game. At least there is a confirmation popup in case you click something by mistake. It should ask if you are crazy!
ta22 ta21What makes this comical is that if you do spend 16 reward points it says ‘You can buy now!’. This may confuse the suckers because they just did buy. ta23
There are 2 other properties just like this in the game (3 if you count the Nightclub but it is much different). For laughs lets take a look at what you can purchase from the properties like this in Brazil and Chicago. The same fate will happen to the Toros Anfiteatro as it did with the Black Market and the Warehouse.

The Nightclub in London is also like the other 3 but with one huge exception. It’s still useful because some of the items offer skill points. We are still happy to have it in the game and continue to purchase useless loot items. Looking at the number of items I own compared to those of the Black Market and Warehouse demonstrates the vast difference. Especially when you consider the Nightclub was released at a much later time than the Black Market and the Warehouse. If Zynga added skill points to Toros Anfiteatro there would be so many players spending reward points on property parts just to upgrade it as quickly as possible. Zynga would have saved themselves some time and trouble by not offering a 5th property like they did in South Africa [1]. london1london2london3london4
