For the second time Zynga is extending the Family Business timer by 2 days. It was supposed to expire today at 11:59PM PDT but will now do so at the same time on August 24th. The first 2 day extension was due to bugs and was announced by Zynga. [1]. This one isn’t mentioned anywhere but it’s probably because many families are having trouble with the icing requirements. We have a poll on the blog (look above the posts) and it’s clear that the requirements weren’t proportional to the time allotted. Thanks to Graeme Charles for posting on our fan page.
Glad to hear it as my family of me and 3 "friends" still need 500 ices. That helps. Particularly since the newest member can't participate tho at level 200 she gets a lot of ices.

ReplyDeleteWe got the ices, it's the arena loot that won't drop for us.... We've managed to finally get almost there, but now with 2 more days, we'll make it for sure!
ReplyDeletewe found out by temporaly removing inactive members from our roster, we could shave the requirements. If you have a hard time finishing, this may help,
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately time means nothing when progress has been frozen for 8 days. And that was after we had to redo everything once already due to a reset. Stuck & going nowhere & support just left us hanging :(
ReplyDeletezynga should give some extra family xp to the families that do finish on time. I know members of our family use rps to buy stamina shots ect to finish as fast as we can, really there is no reason too, you can always count on an extension and we finish with days left to spare anyway. Maybe let families collect the grand prize xp everyday that they are finished until the event ends, throw some more levels of family perks in with some actual good perks and let the competition begin...
