With only 7 hours left of the New Year's Resolution Event, many players are scrambling to get in the last one or two votes. If successful, some are finding that they can't use the vote. Vla got the popup below. He was told he needed more votes even though he one. This is just a refresh issue for most. If it happens to you, close out your game, come back and you should be able to vote. I've seen reports by some that they can't use votes or weren't able to participate in this event and Customer Support was not responding to their inquiries.

I finally completed my 200 ices in Brazil and was never given my vote for it. I was not able to get to Zynga Chat to ask about it. Have you hear dof this happening?
