It appears many players are having problems with Facebook. Earlier I was unable to log in to my account and got the message "webpage not available, something got interuptted". If you go to the site down right now at
http://downrightnow.com/facebook, they are reporting that there is a likely service disruption and that about an hour ago there was "widespread service disruption". As of now, there is nothing on the
Facebook Known Issues page.
Zynga Customer Support is reporting that there are issues with slow loading of their games

Players are also noticing that shortened links like tinyurl and bit.ly are not working. If you click them while on Facebook, you are unable to proceed.
The good news is that spockon.me links don't appear to be affected. Mike Nestor posts the daily links to his mafia everyday and uses spockon.me links. These are working for some players and not for others. He also includes 5 links for 2X Mastery Boosts and uses tinyurls. Those are not working for anyone.
I don't know what the source of all these problems is and I hope this doesn't mean that Facebook is starting to push the Timeline Feature on us. Within the coming weeks, it will be mandatory for all users
