Countdown To Annihilation Nerfed and Starts Now

UPDATE: The Home Page Banner was edited and now includes a 1 day 60% off Reward Point Offer
-----------
When it comes to events that require Reward Points, Zynga never misses a beat. The Countdown To Annihilation started right on time.
You should know the drill by now. Buy 15 items that cost 5 Reward Points or more (Loyalty Program, Fight Club, Pawnshop, Treasure Chest keys, Skill Point Reallocation don't count) and you will get a Mortal Chromebat .22.
My ticker is going to stay at zero because I'm boycotting this Marketplace Promotion. They can take their Mortal Chromebat .22s and stick it up their butts.
The reason myself and many others are not going to participate in this event is because Zynga totally nerfed it. Normally Crates are on sale for 6 Reward Points each. I usually buy 15 of them right off the bat and get my loot item. Zynga knows most follow this strategy so the new Holiday Mayhem Crates are full price.
If you can't hold out and feel the need to reward Zynga for their greed, Tattoo Crates can be purchased for 6 Reward Points each. I would buy these but I already purchased 15 for the Bloody Christmas Marketplace Promotion. I would rather have the new Crate items and won't pay for old has been loot. The Tattoo Crate items aren't even cool.
There are 4 overpriced limited edition loot items. I know when there were 28 million players, a lot of money was made off of Marketplace loot items. Now there are only 2.5 million players and Zynga is compensating. They fail to realize that most of the players left are strategic and won't waste Reward Points on loot. The ones who get screwed over by this are the collectors.
If you are looking for a 60% discount offer on Reward Points or a Game Card redemption bonus, you won't find one at the time of this post. Many of us have been waiting to buy Reward Points because we assumed there would be a discount. I decided to spend my money elsewhere. Maybe I should buy a PlayStation and forget about this game. Moves like this cause people to quit so it's not in my best interest to spend money on something that may not be here next year.
