Yesterday Zynga launched Districts 4-6 of Chicago. There wasn't much fanfare about it. A few hours after the fact, a small ad appeared on the Home Page Ad Module.
I checked the Official Mafia Wars Blog in hopes to find information about their big new of the day was about the Collector's Edition loot items.
Today a bigger Home Page Module was added to the game and that's about all the information Zynga is providing.
If you want to know more about the new districts of Chicago and what to expect, you can read my posts on each district and visit the Mafia Wars Wiki Pages.

In the past, it was a pretty big deal over a Zynga when new job tiers were added to the current destination. For Las Vegas there was special community job that had to be done 30 million times to unlock the new district. It took 15 days to make that happen.
They would have been in big trouble if they tried to pull this stunt with Chicago as back in the Las Vegas days there were almost 9 million daily players. Maybe if they put more effort into showing that they care like they did back then, there would be more.

its also funny that they haven't said a single thing about new fight loot. considering how many people complained about no henchmen you'd think they'd show off the fact that they gave us what we wanted.
