Tell Us Something We Don't Know

Customer Support has updated their ongoing Spinning Bullets page. I pointed this out 2 days ago and that was before the server maintenance (1). It seems to have gotten worse.  Customer Support says to contact them if the issue persists for more than a few hours. It's been a few days for many players. I guess you will know when it improves because you will be able to play Mafia Wars again without wanting to trow your computer out the window. Here is a reprint below (I edited the image to give it a more realistic feel), go here to check for updates.


Loading Issues / Spinning Revolver

Currently there are some players who are experiencing issues with loading, spinning revolvers, and white screens which are preventing them from playing. We apologize for any inconvenience or interruption that this has caused to your game-play.

The team is aware of this issue we are currently taking steps to find a resolution. We understand the frustration that you have when you cannot access your game and we are making every effort to address the matter as quickly as possible.

    This issue has been going on for over a week now, i have pointed it out MANY MANY MANY times DAILY to them, yet it was NEVER taken care of!

    But lets also keep in mind that MANY players after clicking Accept on the most recent permission popup can not even get into their accounts. Their accounts just refresh, refresh, refresh.

    Yesterday it was still playable with sometimes a delay. Today it's just impossible to play!

    After all the nerving the game is now completely screwed I am afraid.. First got my Power pack removed (which didn't return), today boss fight removed and unable to play at all because the turning bullet issue..

    Zynga is a multi billion $ business and they cannot solve this it seems. Like many contradicting moves in the game it looks like there are many department doing different things at Zynga..

    I declared a war yesterday and then got endless spinners locking me out from trying to ask my mafia for help. The opponent saw the war and won it while I tried everything I could think of to post my help message. So pissed. Absolutely ridiculous. I hate this game.
