Power Pack Nerf Update: 125% Stamina Refills

Yesterday was a bad day in Mafia Wars. I recall reading a wall post that said it was the beginning of the end. That was before the Power Packs were nerfed for the second time without warning. Keep in mind they were first released on August 17th and many players still haven't gotten them. I posted about the second nerf here. That was shortly after it happened and today I had another chance to look it over. There is a discrepancy from what Zynga tells us to what we actually see. As stated before, you get a choice to use a Power Pack or an Energy Pack every 8 hours. What we weren't told is that Power Packs, if you choose them, give you a 125% stamina refill.

Yesterday, I chose energy and saw that both timers started. Today I chose a Power Pack and got the same results.

Something happened that I wasn't prepared for. I got a 125% stamina refill. This would have been cool if I knew beforehand. I would have waited to use it. You can see by my experience needed and my stamina gained that most of it will go to waste.  I'll be more strategic in the future.

My energy account just got Power Packs and you can see I was notified on the Home Page Module. The Henchmen are on top so you know this is a recent screen capture.

When I click on that little help mark inside of the banner I get told something that is different to what actually happens. According to the in game "instructions" I can get a 50% refill every 8 hours. You just saw, I got a 125% refill. Zynga needs to get it together. If they are going to continuously change these things, at least notify us properly. I know, that's way too much to ask.
