I don't know when Zynga will realize that making new Limited Time buildable items is a waste of their time. The story never changes, it's always a crappy loot item with no special abilities. Unless you are a collector, you would be a fool to craft any of these Limited Time items. The latest and greatest is the Mobile Fortress and can be found on the Build My Empire Module or in the Chop Shop.

I dropped someone from my mafia that kept sending me the dumb lasso. I do not care if you have utterly done everything else and just wnat to make the new loot just cause it is different - do not send the crap to build them to me as gifts
