Zynga's Better Business Bureau Rating

Share:

Here is some irony for you. I had planned on posting this earlier but got busy with the new Mission. In spite of the way Zynga handled the war loot rollbacks today, their rating with the Better Business Bureau is an A on a scale of A+ to F. I'm sure many Mafia Wars players who got rolled back without a valid reason won't agree with this rating but this is where it stands today.
According to the BBB, Zynga, Inc has had a total of 1,082 complaints closed in the last 3 years.  To check out all the details and see the complaint, go to the Better Business Bureau Zynga, Inc. Page.

  1. My brother stole $5k from my parents for the game. My dad contacted them, and they said that since my brother used the RP in the game, they couldn't reimburse my father. It's an ONLINE GAME! Close down his account, and give us our money back! Geez! Scam artists.

    1. Actually Better Business Bureau got nailed by NBC as they contacted several companies that received Good/Bad Ratings from the BBB. The BBB sells Good Rating Packages for $400.00 per year and what that gets you is an A+ Rating no matter how many complaints you get. Now if you refuse to get in on their offer. The Better Business Bureau will automatically give your business a "F" Rating. Even though you have NO complaints on record. BBB has done this to several big companies such as: MGM Grand Casino Las Vegas, Disneyland, Wolfgang Puck who is a Top Chef at a 5-Star Restaurant. You don't have to take my word for it check it out online for yourself!

  4. Rebecca, I work with a guy who had $2000 stolen from him from his son for Millionaire City and was able to get back the money. He contacted the credit card company first though. Maybe if you dispute the charges, they can help you. That really sucks. Bet he was strong though...lol

  5. I'm convinced that Zynga shows palm and says 'Talk to the Hand' for each and every one of those 'Closed Complaints'.

  6. It was my parent's debit card, and the credit union also said that they could do nothing. We're mad at the bank, but even more mad at Zynga. They did nothing to help the situation. Only showed that they want their money, no matter how they have to get it.

  9. In case you don't know-- NBC news proved the BBB takes money to get good ratings for companies that sign up===don't give them money--they don't rate you.

  10. BBB ratings are bought, not earned.
