I've been on top of asking people for screen shots of the war loot roll back. I don't use any war loot collecting scripts and barely have time to help in wars. I try my best to help out in my war loot group but I'm sure any of our members will verify I'm not the most active. All my efforts in asking players for screen shots weren't needed because I got rolled back. I don't really understand my message. I was told that I made 48 purchases for Declare War. I know I sped up my timer on one occasion for a blog post but that was it.

Then again, another mafia member (a definite script player) was bitching about the the roll back. No tears for the whiner.

The bonus items in my case are fight loot - I am maxed on this so it is a bit of a non bonus - but that is what they provided.
ReplyDeleteI share your confusion over their letter -- I had 1596 declare war purchases -- (?) Not a clue. The first para leads most readers feeling as though they are being accused of something improper. Epic communication fail.
Zynga must use the same quality assurance process for releasing letters that they use for releasing their flawed software. O.o

I reported a few weeks ago directly to live chat that for several days I was not getting my war rewards...I was informed it was a "know issue and developers were working to resolve it" the rep gave me some extra war rewards to compensate for the problem...now u have gone into my account and stole my rewards and decreased my stats??? NOT ONLY IS THIS IRRESPONSIBLE, ITS THEFT.
Furthermore for the people who did get extra loot above what is allowed, is that their fault that there was a glitch? I sure do NOT see you giving out extra things to players when there is a glitch in YOUR favor, whether it lasts a day or weeks. I FULLY EXPECT TO HAVE MY STATS RETURNED TO THEIR PRIOR AMOUNTS BY TOMORROW. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT WHOMEVER NECESSARY TO HAVE THIS TAKEN CARE OF...YOU CANNOT STEAL FROM ACCOUNTS, IT FRAUD, THEFT AND ITS ILLEGAL.

I hardly ever declare war as shown here, but still got rolled back. I will admit to using a scrip a couple of times to find active wars but only because as others have stated, as soon as a war is posted, it's over, and with a slow internet connection, I have no chance.

So there is a limit of 5 wars a day, well since I have a total of 343 participated wars since declare war started, can't understand how I get rolled back.
this is just one of the many reasons why no player should ever spend real money on this game, just play for free and roll with the punches, let z scam money out of their advertisers instead of its loyal players. if it weren't for all of the minis/alts and scripters z's social graph would flatline.
ReplyDeleteif people take advantage of a glitch they get rolled back sometimes - thats tough - and taking more advantage by using war bots means more losses - tough titty - BUT I dont use bots, haven't taken advantage -cos of the bot users like most cant get in in time - and yet I still got the rollback - have done 1065 war assists in total so where's the excessive. I completely support anything that brings the game back from the cheats (which whether the users like it or not bots are) but get it right Zynga. Oh and surpirse surprise - Chat Help is unaccessable
ReplyDeleteWhere did Zynga accuse anyone of using a script? It simply says you have more war loot than you should. I've noticed for months now that if you are the last player in a war an click multiple times very quickly you will get multiple rewards. Isn't it possible this is what Zynga rolled back?
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, this is what's going on. Zynga has many people out there with too much bloody money or stealing from parent's credit cards to buy high-end loot items. I did the math..if you maxed out all 8 categories, 501 items, Animals, Armor, Weapons and Vehicles both A & D at 25 rps apiece at normal prices you'd spend a little over 20k at regular prices. These fiscally irresponsible people were all of a sudden getting beat by people who took advantage of the unlimited war loot. They bitched, Zynga saw $$$ flying out the door, so they got scared and took every normal player down, scripts or not. Simpy money.

ReplyDeleteWouldn't it be better to TOTALLY PREVENT getting into a war if you cant get the reward due to the "max 5 a day limit"? Wars get finished in seconds by player bots and the player gets nothing while others who can get the rewards cannot find wars to fight fast enough... RIDICULOUS SITUATION!!!
ReplyDeleteI had the exact same message and out of the items they took away 20 of them were paragliders... so i emailed them this morning and told them im on the verge of quitting... this is ridiculous... lets not work on fixing the game lets work on creating endless events and screwing over our players! All mine were legit too... I just made sure I got my five per day for helping and for my 2-3 wars daily....it add up quickly
ReplyDeleteIt's not about scripts. When I started playing this game in november last year, there was no cap on participating in Wars. I didn't even know there was supposed to be one for months, so I could do maybe 50 wars a day with rewards, very nice. It was fixed in my game when they changed the module (warlord achievements), so today they probably took a lot of obsolete loot from me, my stats didn't drop a point.

What about the Xmas/New Years event? they NEVER took those rewards away from anyone. What about the Brazil Ruby Loot event that some are maxed out on, was that ever fixed? NOPE

People like to bitch/whine/moan and complain about cheating, and some even go as far to say people using CC have an unfair advantage over FREE players. Really? Last i checked we ALL had the same ability to pay to play, some choose not to.
Did i have excessive war loots? probably, but leaving me with 10 of each item only across Tier 2-5 is a little excessive on their part, in my humble opinion.
i lost 22K Attack and 17K Defense, and even though i spent RPs to hurry up wars, primarily for missions, ect, i didnt get shit in return
Zynga, am i going to quit? NOPE.

I only checked out items that I am using, they took 2 of 5 Orangutans and 1 of 7 Mud Crawlers. Please tell me how I used 'abnormal' behavior to get these small amounts?

I realize that you may have seen what you call "Abnormal Behavior" in the Declare War rewards, but the truth is, it was caused by your faulty software and not any action on my part. I do not use scripts to steal rewards from the feed like many do. The reason many of us have "abnormal amounts of loot" is because YOUR SOFTWARE ALLOWED US TO RECEIVE MORE THAN THE LIMIT OF 5 PER DAY. On many occasions I noticed this. This is not abnormal behavior on OUR part, it's abnormal behavior on YOUR part. We participated in the wars and should be compensated. We shouldn't be penalized for playing the game you provide us. From time to time I spend money on this game. There's no way you can be sure that what you took from me was abnormally obtained, versus what was obtained through proper game play.
I realize there's nothing you're going to do about this, but the truth needs to be told. This is your mistake not OURS!

AS an addendum to my previous post, is anyone noticing that no matter if you help in wars after this rollback, you no longer get the pop up stating what reward you gained for helping? Not only can i NOT see the reward, they are NOT being credited to accts now. I have been checking my inventory history, and have not received even 1 item since yesterday afternoon
