Hit List Bounty Cap Change

The hit list bounty cap of 20 Million has been increased to a cool 1 Trillion.
This should help players get their New York money achievements. I know I'm happy about this change and will start fighting off the hitlist more often now.

    will only be used for transfer money for the achievements. if someone sets a bounty that high he just wants to transfer money, there is no other reason for such high bounties.

    the cap is one trillion, doesnt mena it will be posted at that....yu cna now post it as highg as you want...so u cna atrract big players to take that bounty..instead of 8k bounties
