According to Cerulean Master, Mafia Wars should be working fine now.

I was able to talk to Eike from Team Spockholm and he will be updating the Assassin-a-Nator so that should be working shortly. It appears that as more players are collecting their Ice Badges, it has affected the Assassin-a-Nator.
