Chapter 2 of the Challenge Mission: Staten Island is unlocked. You won't have access to it until you completely master Chapter 1. For more details on how the Challenge Missions work, read the first post I made about the latest one here. To begin, you to Staten Island via your Travel Bar or the the Home Page Ad Module.
Chapter 2 is called "Whack Their Leaders". Once you arrive, click on the Chapter 2 Tab and start doing the job. Hopefully you followed the instructions here and have plenty of Ferry Passes. I had 360 and that was plenty to do all the jobs straight through. I was able to laugh at the Job Heat Meter.
Here are the descriptions, pay-outs and requirements of the four jobs in Chapter 2 on each level of the Job Heat Meter.
Job Heat Meter: Green
Job Heat Meter: Gold
Job Heat Meter: Red
More energy and Ferry Passes will be needed in Chapter 2 than in Chapter 1 because the mastery percentage per job has been decreased to 9, 7, 6 and 5% as compared to 15, 10, 8 and 7%.
Again when you fully master each job you get a Skill Point.
When you master the forth and final job, you get a Skill Point and a weapon called Under Pressure with stats of 104/148.
I completed these four jobs one right after the other and was on the Red Job Heat Meter for the majority of my clicks. I don't recommend you do this because you will save energy and Ferry Passes by doing a little at a time. I kept track of how much energy I spent and how many Ferry Passes I used and the totals are below.
This is day number 3 of the free Ferry Passes and it's up to 40 so don't forget to get yours. If the pattern continues, we should get 50 tomorrow.
Chapter 3 will unlock in a little under 2 days and we will have an additional 2 days to finish all 3 Chapters. Keep working on getting as many Ferry Passes as you can so you will finish in time.

Does anyone know if this will be like Ireland with multiple runs?
