New Boss Fight Out Now Codes Included

The new Boss Fight is out. We get to fight CPT. Jack Coltello and it works the same as all the new Boss Fights before him. I'll post a walk through with tip on getting lots of consumables as soon as I can.
Here are the three codes that will help you do more damage. Follow them in the order of the arrow. The will appear in the opposite direction as you fight.
One thing I noticed is this boss looks an awful lot like Cole from Mafia Wars Live. With a name like Coltello this can't be a coincidence!

    has the max consumables been increased (or did I miss a post about an increase before)?
    I thought it was 40/40/40/80 but I'm up to 49 knives and 85 shotguns. 50/100??
