You can't deny it's for a good cause and like it or not
Playerscripts, the home of The Mafia Wars Auto Player, The PS Mafia Wars Advanced Gifter, The PS Wall Scrubber and PS Mafia Wars Enhanced, is hosting it. Playerscripts is and will continue to be an important part of the Mafia Wars community even though Zynga continues to say that scripts are against their Terms Of Service.
To throw some more gray into their policy on scripts, The Official Mafia Wars Blog made a post titled
Memorial Day Player-Organized Mock War and advertised it on the
Mafia Wars Fan Page. This is the Mock War hosted by Playerscripts. I'm glad to see there is support on Zynga's end. They do go out of their way to make sure we know it's a event organized by players and fail to mention that you need to load one of the scripts to register. here. If you don't have Greasemonkey installed, the easiest way is to use the Mafia Wars Enhanced script since all you need to do is drag it to your toolbar like the more traditional scripts non-automated scripts. If you have questions, go to the

Certainly brings up some questions.
ReplyDeleteZynga know that you can't register for this Mock War, unless you use a script.
And you can't play this mock war unless you use a script.
Does that mean, Zynga are actually breaking their own TOS --- or does that mean that playerscripts.com scripts are "authorised scripts."
It's a puzzle for sure.
