When you request help from your mafia members for Secret Stashes, you will find the requests now say "Here is a Blue Mystery Bag".
Make no mistake about it, a Blue Mystery Bag is what you will get when you accept them.
The only way to request help is to find an old link as they will work. If it's a spockon.me link made prior to Wednesday, it also won't work. Read
this thread on the Spockholm Mafia Tools Fan Page for more information. I didn't have an old link posted on my wall so I went to my Secret Stash page and tried to remember who I sent help requests to in the past.
As luck would have it, I sent one to my energy account a few days ago. If you don't have an old request, you can ask your friends if they have one of your requests prior to when they started saying Mystery Bags on them. I have 2 hours left to get 2 players to help. I clicked on Accept from the request located on my energy accounts request page. And copied the link in the browser bar once I got to the Operations page.
Paste the long link into a url shortening service site and either post your link or send it to your friends.
This worked like a charm for me and I got the Savannah Patroller. If you don't have access to older links then you will have to wait for Zynga to fix the issue. Since you only get 1 Secret Stash per day and 90% of them time it is crap, you probably won't miss out on much.

Spockholm Mafia Tools Fan Page for updates. Martin will let you know if there is another work around for players without older links.
I've been creating tinyurls and posting to wall instead of sending requests. Just found yesterdays and posted it and, for the heck of it, clicked on the link. Guess what? You can respond to your own Secret Stash. Got the ten loyalty points and my pic shows on the stash.
