The Mafia Wars Tattoo

We've seen several tattoos in the game Mafia Wars. There is the Prison Tattoos Collection from Moscow, the I <3 Mom Tattoo offered during one of the Limited Time $10,000 Home Page items, the Heart Tattoo from the Valentines Day Collection and the Temporary Tattoo boost.
Our very own Mike Nestor is a dedicated Mafia Wars player and he loves his family Murder Incorporated Gangster [MIG]. So much so that he turned pixels into reality and got himself a Mafia Wars tattoo! The tattoo is located on the inside of his left arm and he said it didn't hurt. Mike was dared by Janna Gucci to get a Mafia Wars tattoo during the Player Advisory Committee meeting in San Francisco. She never thought he would actually do it.
I asked Mike why he didn't include the PAC logo in his tattoo. He said he didn't want anybody to make fun of or ignore it.
