Two days ago, I referenced you to a post with instructions on how to get unstuck in Atlantic City (1). What I didn't mention (because it's a Mafia Secret) is there is a hidden chapter in Atlantic City. My friend Haider from the Mafia Wars Maniac Blog completed it and listed all the jobs and loot items. There is nothing worth getting here except the 24 Skill Points. If you have been saving your 2X Mastery Boosts for the possibility of new Districts in Brazil, you may not want to do this. They will all get used.
