You need to send gifts and collect 10 I'll Be Backs or Jungle Strikes to "own" a Terminator or a Rambo. Find them both on the Free Gift Page.
You can ask for these gifts from the Free Gift Page but the posts that are generated will only direct your mafia members to their Home Page when they click on "Collect Rewards". It will be up to them to go to the Free Gift Page and remember your name to send them specifically to you.
There is no count down like you see with mastery gifting events on the ZMC so you need to keep track of how many gifts you have accepted on your own.
I use the Get-a-Nator by Team Spockholm to make this an easy task.
Once you collect 10 gifts for either side, you can claim your Terminator or Rambo by clicking on the "Win Round" button.
A post will be generated so you can share the news (spam) with your mafia. These are totally useless as they will only direct your mafia members to their Home Page.
The gifts do carry over into the next round. I accepted more than ten before I collected from the round above and right away the extras showed up on the Home Page counter.
Since there is carry over of the gifts, I decided to get this done in one easy process. I copied my links from the Get-a-Nator and loaded them in Bagman-Mugger. Now all I need to do is wait until May 5th to see who will win and for Zynga to add the 5 loot items to my Inventory. For details on how to do this, go

Once you own 5 Terminators or 5 Rambos, all extra I'll Be Backs and Jungle Strikes will convert to Blue Mystery Bags.
