NY Property Upgrade Sale

Zynga wants you to spend Reward Points so they devised the perfect system. Add new levels to the properties and don't offer a practical way to get the upgrade parts. If you're tempted to buy upgrade parts using Reward Points, now is the time to do it as they are on sale.
You can see the little red "Sale" signs on the Property Page and all over the Build Your Empire Module.
When you go to your property that you want upgraded, you will see all the upgrade parts are on sale. It would wiser to be patient and try to trade for the items. Normally upgrade parts are 1 for 1 Reward Point. Now they are 3 for 2 Reward Points.

    I had plenty to of parts to upgrade each once or twice but them parts all be missing now WTF

    What do you mean, no "practical" way. If you must have it now, now, now, you can use reward points. Otherwise you can use the 'Ask for more' button and/or gifts and build them up over time. What's the problem here?

    Right now I still seem to be able to send gifts to every member of my mafia, so I'm just sending out building parts and the Rambo/Terminator event and knowing I'll get at least a fair number back. It seems to be working....

    Only the zoo upgrade again? because I heard that armory too, but for me doesn't. Is that true?
