There is a new third party add on the Home Page. This one is for Play Station. Zynga doesn't think before taking cash. With so many players on the verge of quitting, why would you promote another game?
Find the offer on the Featured Items Home Page Module. Once you answer the 3 questions, you get 3 Reward Points.
There is also an offer to get free Mafia Cash for installing the SOCOM 4 Application. Go here to do that.
I did everything that it said to do but when I refreshed my game there was no Mafia Cash. Please comment if you were successful.

    What's Mafia Cash? I didn't get the 3 RP until I'd done the steps you mention to install the application; wonder if they're one and the same?
