Another Secret Stash Scam

Share:

Most players probably ignore the fighting Secret Stash posts because they rarely work and when they do they usually contain crap. Somebody unknowingly picked this feature for the latest scam to hit our news feeds.  Vanda posted the following image on the Mafia Wars Loot Lady Fan Page to remind us what to look for. I've probably made at least 10 posts on this blog about the subject but always make sure it say "via Mafia Wars". The new scam doesn't say via anything and there isn't a little Mafia Wars icon. Don't always look at the icon because many fake scam posts have it. I would hope most would notice the "Mafia Wars 1,000 Rewards Point Bonus" in the title. If you didn't, you aren't paying attention. Do you really think Zynga would give us more than 1 or 2 Reward Points for free?
Thanks to Vanda, Paul, Thunder Crew and Yuen for posting about the latest scam on the fan page.
