It's an Attack Point. Thanks the Mafia Wars Fan Page.

I wonder if they are ever going to update the "Love It" Tab. It's April and they still have the February calender showing.  They either need to get rid of this tab all together or update it.
We see this in other parts of the game as it seems to be a common theme from Zynga!
