I have some Customer Support links for all who are having issues today. Thanks to everyone who sent me e-mails and posted your issues on the fan page.
Problem of the Day #1: Carnaval Masks are not adding up right on the counter.
Response: Accepted Carnaval Mask Does Not Increase Counter Page.
Translation: Chill Out! Do you really think Brazil will be released before you collect 150 Masks? Nobody will have access to Brazil until it is Beta launched. Owning at least one Air Brazil is the ticket to get in once it is officially released. Brazil will not be instantly available once you acquire your first Air Brazil.
Response: Shadow King Mission -Battle in Bangkok Page
Translation: Wait until the end of the day and don't panic until the Mission counter is almost up.
Response: This was covered yesterday, click here for a full review of what you need to do. As far as the Mission is concerned, players who can't accept any of the gifts because of error should contact Customer Support.
Translation: Look at the cute pig, smile, submit your report to Customer Support.
Response: There is no formal response for this on going bug that seems to be account specific at various times. They really shouldn't have tasks requiring you to declare or win wars until this is fixed across the board. All I can suggest is that you contact Customer Support to see if they will clear it for you.
Translation: See above, that was all my opinion and not official.

ReplyDeletethe probblem is I can't even submit email report to zynga cs regarding gift issues. live chat is out of option. this issue only occur after zynga release their new report template. :(
