Zynga Customer Support has updated their Auld Lang Syne Grad Prize page. It is no longer necessary to create a Customer Support ticket if you didn't get this item. If you had your tree upgraded to Level 5 by New Years Day, you will automatically have it added to your inventory.
Josue posted the following pop-up on the Mafia Wars Loot Lady Fan Page and is happy to get this item without all the hassle of contacting Customer Support. If you didn't get this pop-up and still don't have the Auld Lang Syne, then you will need to contact Customer Support to get it.
