The Limited Time item called the Legacy has been removed from the Chop Shop and you no longer have the option to craft it.
The new Limited Time item is the Pay Back and can be found in the Weapons Depot.
The building part required to unlock and craft the Pay Back is called Ammunition. It's located on the Free Gift page.
Send and request Ammunition to and from your mafia until you get enough items to build it.
You can also use the Link-a-Nator and Get-a-Nator by Team Spockholm to make this process easier.
When you craft the first Pay Back, it will require 10 Ammunitions. After that it only requires 5. The Pay Back will be around for 2 weeks. I think it's smarter to craft an item that will give more than +2 Defense so I'm only going to make one of them.
