How To Get Your Grand Prize Item

As reported yesterday, many players did not get their Grand Prize item for the No Crime Like The Present holiday event.  Today, Zynga Customer Support posted Auld Sang Lyne Grand Prize Item and updated it to inform players who obtained a Level 5 Tree and did NOT receive the Auld Lang Syne that they need to submit a Customer Support ticket to get credit. I guess this funny sounding weapon even confuses Zynga as they are not quite sure what to call it or how to spell it.  They have 2 different versions in their post. The title isn't even close to what it's called in the game. No wonder there are problems!
If you have never had to submit a Customer Support ticket, read my article titled Create a Zynga Customer Support Ticket on this blog.  The fastest way to do this is to use the Live Chat feature if it is available.  For instruction, read Zynga Live Chat and look for the image shown below.  It's not always available but if you see it, jump on it.

On a side note relating to No Crime Like The Present, the Holiday Sacks have been removed from the Free Gift page.  I'm not sure if older gifting links will work to gather more presents as many players reached the 200 gift limit.  I was still able to get more presents on my energy account by opening older gifts.

    Hallo,
    es kommt vor, dass in den Spieleanfragen steht, dass mir jemand eine Mafia Wars Game anfrage geschickt hat. Anstatt des "Annehmen" Buttons ist da aber ein "Gehe zu Mafia Wars Game" Button, wenn ich dort anklicke komm ich dann auf die Hauptseite des Spiels, dort ist aber nichts zu sehen. Wie kann ich d...ie Gifts trotzdem erhalten?
