Currently there is an issue with copying your Ice posts. This effects players who participate in wars because they need to copy their Ice posts to their families (AKA clans) war pages. Here is an example of a war page for
[MIG].
I looked into this issue and found it is a problem in Chrome but not FireFox. When players are at war, they copy their ice posts and paste them to the war page as shown above.
You can see I was able to copy the post generated from icing an opponent without any problems in FireFox.
In Chrome, I was unable to copy any part of the post.
The only way to get my icing on a war page, was to go to my profile page and copy it from there. As Michael Voelzow explains on the
Mafia Wars Loot Lady Fan Page, this extra step can drastically change the pace of a good fight.
Hopefully this is a temporary issue as it would be a pain to switch browsers every time you want to fight in a war. For now that seems to be the only thing you can do if you don't want to take the extra steps. Thanks to the member of [MIG] for letting me know about the FireFox fix.
I can't seem to ice anybody anymore. Missions require 20 ices..I can't ice but 1 about every 200 fight. I'm not low level and have a lot of superior items. Tried fighting lower levels but it will only let me hit them once or even after power hits they still won't ice. any ideas on how this can improve? can't stand this aspect of the game....
