Another Property Icon

On Dec 8th, some new icons were noticed over the New York buildable properties (1).  The wrench and hammer indicate that an item is can be built and the box indicates that there are new items which can be built.

Ade, The Mafia Wars Maniac, noticed another one which indicates you have enough parts to upgrade that property (1).  Since all my properties are fully upgrades, I went to my energy account to check it out.  This symbol is just as obnoxious as the others.  I don't understand why all these symbols are necessary since it says Build, New Items or Upgrade.  Mafia Wars players do know how to read!
