The Mafia Wars Fan Page announced today that the number of Reward Points you can get with each game card have increased.
They weren't very descriptive and this could make one think that you get more Reward Points for the same cost as before. I checked it out in the Marketplace and found that what they mean is there are now different game cards. In the past there were only $10 and $25 game cards. $15 and $50 cards have been added to the selection. You don't get more Reward Points, you just get more options to buy more of them. I'm sure there are a lot of players who prefer to use game cards because there are no paper trails. Nothing is worse than a significant other finding a Paypal or credit card statement with purchases made to Zynga. It's bad enough that Mafia Wars sucks up enormous amounts of time. It's nice to have the game card option so those who don't play will never know it can also suck up a lot of money.
