The War Wagon for Huntington's Disease

Share:

The Official Mafia Wars Blog posted a nice article titled Buy a War Wagon to help annihilate Huntington's Disease.  For one week starting now, we will get the opportunity to help a good cause and get a cool loot item called the Limited Addition War Wagon (77/43).  100% of the proceeds gained from War Wagon purchases will be donated toThe Huntington's Disease Society of America.  Huntington's Disease is genetic neurological disease that researchers hope are very close to finding a cure.
From a strategic point of view, I'm against purchasing loot items from the Marketplace.  When it's for charity, I'm all for it.  To get your War Wagon today, go to the Marketplace and look in the Featured Items category.
To learn more about the Huntington's Disease Society of America, click on the little question mark.
You will find a link to the HDSA Team Hope website where you can learn more about the cause and what you can do to help.
Upon purchasing the War Wagon, you are given the option to "Spread the word to friends". It's important to do this so others may be encouraged to help as well.
The War Wagon raised my overall attack score to 110,690 and I felt good about making a difference.

  1. I just got mine! This is amusing because I just watched a news cast the other day where a retired couple took an old Nissan mini truck and converted it to a giant red wagon they could drive around in. Was awesome.

  2. I love this article and what Zynga is doing! Huntington's Disease, was discovered by a Doctor, Living on Long Island in NY. Hence the town name Huntington, NY. Where I am from.

There is not much talk about this Disease, But awareness of this Disease has been growing in the recent years.

Recently, I made a film, a Docu-Drama, that sheds light on this Disease. you can see it here:
