One of the tabs on your Italy page is the My Village tab. This is very similar to the My Casino of Las Vegas except it's a Village.
When you click on it for the first time, you get a pop-up telling you the basics.
When you click on the "Get Started" button, you get a blast of flash telling you to BUILD, UPGRADE, and COLLECT. This mini tutorial ends with a view of a beautiful and completed village. Then you are shown your own Village which doesn't look nearly as nice. The Port is available right away and the other Village properties will unlock as you master specific jobs.
The Port is like the Chop Shop, Weapons Depot and Armory Depot of New York. It's not specific to any one type of equipment item. There are a total of 10 items available to craft. Each one will unlock as you upgrade your Port. You can use parts that randomly drop while performing jobs to upgrade or Reward Points
These are the items you can build. Lira is required to craft the equipment items and no additional building parts are needed.
The items are listed below along with their stats. Customer Support stated that 5 of these items would offer character stat benefits. Those are not listed on the Port page but may appear once the items are unlocked.
Level 1: Escalation (47/37)
Level 2: Officers Jacket (48/40)
Level 3: Osprey (52/24)
Level 4: Conchiglia (35/55) +1 Energy
Level 5: Coccodrillo (57/40) +1 Stamina
Level 6: Un Tuono (60/49)
Level 7: Water Truck (45/64) +5 Health
Level 8: Antiproiettil (66/52)
Level 9: Bolla (68/55) +2 Attack
Level 10: Fanteria (23/71) +2 Defense
