Facebook Search For Super Pignatas

When you look at your free gift page, you should notice that the Super Pignata is gone.  Nobody will be sending them to you and once you open all the ones left on your Facebook request page, you won't get anymore unless Zynga brings them back again.

There is still a way you can open 5 Pignatas for the day.  Many players in your mafia post their free gift links that they generate using Link-a-Nator by Team Spockholm.  You can find the links on the players wall, information page, or notes.  When you click on the link of those who were kind enough to post them, you get the free gift that corresponds to that link.  It would take too long to check all of your mafia members profiles so selecting random players to check for links isn't the way to go.  My friend Mike Nestor, the information guy for The Evil Ed Podcast, got his Gray Wolf last night by finding 5 posted Pignata links. 

Mike is a pretty clever and figures out solutions to many of the problems we encounter in the game.  He found all the Pignata links using the Facebook search bar.  Simply type in a key search word (in this case Pignata will work) in the search bar.  A bunch of people with names similar to the word (s) you used will appear.  Scroll down and click on "See more results for pignata".  I laughed when I saw that Pignataro is a popular last name.

You will then be given different types of categories for what you were looking for.  Scroll down to find the search results for "Posts by Friends". You will find many links.  It doesn't look as neat as the image below because I chopped my search results so they would fit on one page. 

I opened 5 Pignatas just like Mike did but I wasn't as lucky.  3 of them were Huey's and there was no sign of the Gray Wolf!  I never got the Iron Titian from the regular Pignatas either.

Nobody seems to know for sure how long these gift links are remain active.  You can only open one free gift from the same person every 24 hours.  If you've already accepted any gift from the person who posted their link, it won't work.  According to Pistol Pete of Team Spockholm, if a link has been opened more than 30 times it will no longer work.  VCDBurn was able to find a link for a regular Pignata from Sep 4th and it worked!

Hopefully you can find as many working links as possible to get your Gray Wolf  and maybe even an Iron Titan.  Act now before all the links dry up.
