The Mafia Wars Fan Page posted the announcement around 1:20 am PST.
When you click on the link to "Learn more!" you are directed to Yoville and most likely will need to unblock it to get to the Zynga 8-Game Challenge page. Go to each of the 8 games and you will be entered in the drawing for the hour that you completed this task.

HERE. You can enter once per hour. To do so you need to visit all of the 8 games listed above. That means a lot of unblocking and allowing of applications.
You don't need to play the games, you just have to go to them. You get a check mark for the game on the banner.
This was a lot of work. In addition to unblocking and allowing access to my account for each game I went to, my browser crashed and I didn't get credit for playing Zynga Poker! I made sure I used the promotional link to get there and I played a few hands but didn't get the check mark. I gave up on this promotion and don't think it makes up for losing the stamina refills that we all enjoyed. If they want us to play their other silly games, they need to offer more than just a chance to win $1,000. We are all familiar with Zynga odds and I think this is too much work.
I didn't get any kind of confirmation that I official was registered after I got all my checkmarks... has anyone else?
ReplyDeleteOnce you get all the GREEN check marks, that's the confirmation.......i'll keep an eye on my email as well.......it may be confirmed there as well.......it may take time to get that though!
ReplyDeleteI have been playing YoVille since 10:00 am and now it's 3:00pm. I had never played before and it's still not checked off. It says I have to get passed the "tutorial", but I have no idea how long I have to play until I get to that point. Totally not worth it, I only play farmville and frontierville and if it's going to take a whole day each time I start a game from scratch then this promotion is virtually impossible for me.
