Secret Drops

Yesterday some players were finding a new feature called The Secret Drop.  Everyone I spoke to about it found theirs while robbing.  It is unknown if the Secret Drops happen while doing jobs or fights.  To see what players are saying about it, check the Secret Drop thread on The Zynga Forum Boards.  The Mafia Wars Wiki Secret Drop Page is a great reference source as well.
Bossy Don, Patrick Dacosta, and Ravi Malani all got this pop-up while robbing.

When you click on the "Proceed to Send" button you get the option to send a Secret Drop to your friends. 

Your friends will find your Secret Drop on their Facebook request page.

There are all kind of things dropping in the Secret Drops.  I got all of the items below when I opened all of my  "rare" Secret Drop requests.  I had well over 20 of them so I don't think they are very rare and there doesn't seem to be a cap on how many we can open.  In addition to the +1 attack and +1 defense item, there is also a +2 attack and +2 defense skill points item.  I wasn't lucky enough to get that.  I also got a reward point, a stamina boost, a treasure chest key, some Las Vegas cash and construction materials, some boosts, and 3 new loot items.

Remember to send one back.  You can send up to 40 Facebook requests every 24 hours.

The 3 new loot items have really good stats.

This feature introduces 3 new boosts to the game called The Slum Lord, Easy Money, and Adrenaline.
The Slum Lord boost will give you 50% increase in cash when you collect on a property.  If you have any of these, don't hit the collect all button and make sure you choose the property that pays you the most.  I chose my Mega Casino in NY.

The Easy Money Boost will give you a 50% chance of winning when robbing someones properties. 

The Adrenaline Boost states that you will get +100% xp from fights.  I did a few fights and didn't notice a difference even though my boosts were used.  I couldn't find anything more about this boost.  Please comment if you know exactly what it does.
