Some players are reporting that their boss fights have disappeared. Blue Eyed Nate, Community Manager, posted a discussion thread titled Fight Event In San Juan and states that they are "experiencing issues". The reason given is "popularity". Hmmm, that doesn't sound very technical. So far Zynga is on track to "Beat The Feds". The San Juan Bosses need to be pulled 4 more times.
Part of the reason they pulled it is that in the middle of a boss fight, the boss would disappear!
ReplyDeleteIt's say "CANNOT FIND BOSS ID" and you'd have to reload the window, head over to fight screen and continue.
Also, a lot of people helping reported their screens locking up where they culdn't help.
That was in addition to the screen not displaying who was helping you on a fight, etc.
Due to the overwhelming popularity of the San Juan event, (meaning: our piss poor lack of planning) we are making some adjustments to the feature to improve game performance (fixing our screw-up (again)). We apologize for any inconvenience (only because we have to... We really don't give a shit what you lemmings think) this might be causing and are actively working on brining back the fight event. (That's how much we care: we cannot even spell "bringing" correctly... Besides, it's simply a euphemism for "covering our asses" anyway) We will make sure that everyone (gets it in the arse as scheduled) has more than enough time to complete the fight. Thank you (we really mean "F@*k you!) again for your patience.
