I was happy to see that the Hot Slots Achievement Badge has been activated. Once your Vegas slot machine is played 1,000 times, you will get the achievement. You are allowed to play on 20 Vegas slot machines a day. We should all try to do this for each other. To encourage your mafia to play on your slot machine, go to your Las Vegas Casino and click on the "Ask Friends To Play Your Slots" button.
You are allowed to play on 20 Vegas slot machines a day. In addition to helping your friends get their achievement badge, you also have a chance to win Las Vegas currency and loot. The best way to do this is to check your Beta Live Updates. Choose Type from the drop bar menu and scroll down to "A Friend Played Your Slots!".
Click on See All and you will get a list of those players who helped you. You can return the favor by clicking on their Mafia Wars name and you will be directed to your friends slot machine.
You can monitor your progress by going to your Mafia Wars profile page, locating the Recent Achievements box, clicking on the "See All Achievements" button, scroll down to the Hot Slots Achievement Badge, and check the number after "In Progress".
So far 8 people have played on mine. Only 992 to go.
1000 hits seems a bit ridiculous. The gifting achievement was 500. The war achievement was 500. What was wrong with sticking with 500?
